Cristian Anghel obtained a B. Sc. in 2003, a M. Sc. in 2004 and a Ph. D. in 2010, all in Electronics and Telecommunications area, from Politehnica University of Bucharest.

After 7 years spent at Redline Communications Canada and 11 years already dedicated to Pentalog France, acting along the time as VHDL programmer, System Senior Engineer, Technical Leader, Physical Layer Team Leader, Customer Support Product Manager, Project Director, and Delivery Center Manager, Cristian ANGHEL has the privilege to remain connected to the latest Wireless Telecommunications technologies. Moreover, in these 18 years Cristian ANGHEL started and continued in parallel the academic activity, being part of Telecommunications Department inside Politehnica University of Bucharest.

 

The fields of interest for Cristian ANGHEL include:

·         Efficient VHDL implementations for FPGAs

·         Wireless telecommunications systems (GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, HSPA, WiMAX, LTE, LTE-AP)

·         Digital audio signal processing, including adaptive algorithms

·         Neural Networks
